Approved partners receive clinical onboarding from our scientific team, including the technical brief on the assay, sample handling protocols, interpretation guidance, and access to our practitioner portal.
You order tests through our practitioner portal. Sample collection happens in your clinic - venous draw is standard, with home kit options available for your patients between visits. Samples ship to our laboratory in Denmark for analysis.
Results return to you and your patient through the platform within days. You interpret the result within the context of the patient's broader clinical picture, and develop the intervention and follow-up plan accordingly. Repeat testing is part of the protocol.

Every partner clinic receives a structured onboarding from our scientific team and continuing access throughout the partnership.
We do not believe in dropping a biomarker into a clinic and walking away. Adoption is a clinical project, and we treat it that way.
We offer tiered partner pricing based on volume, with introductory pricing for new partner clinics to support adoption. Patient retail pricing remains at your discretion within reasonable bounds defined in the partnership agreement.
Specific commercial terms are discussed during onboarding. We are transparent about pricing - there are no hidden fees, no minimum commitments beyond a reasonable initial onboarding period, and clear policies for sample handling, reordering, and disputes.

The Supar® test is based on a CE-IVD certified assay, an in vitro diagnostic biomarker. The Supar® Health Trajectory Report - the platform that contextualizes your patient's result against population norms and healthspan trajectory - is a wellness assessment intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals as part of a broader clinical picture. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease.
We are currently conducting the clinical performance evaluation required to submit our reporting layer for IVDR certification. This work is ongoing, and partner clinics are notified of any material changes to regulatory status.
