Terms of service.
The terms governing your use of Supar Health, including the Supar® test, the Health Trajectory Report, and partner clinic services.
01Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Supar Health (the "platform") or ordering a Supar® test, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
02About the platform
Supar Health is a clinical biomarker platform operated by Supar Health ApS, a Danish-registered company. The platform provides the Supar® test, the Supar® Health Trajectory Report, and supporting clinical infrastructure to consumers and to partner clinics.
The suPAR assay used by the platform is CE-IVD certified. The Supar® Health Trajectory Report is a wellness assessment intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals as part of a broader clinical picture. The platform is not a substitute for medical care. See our Medical and regulatory disclaimer.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to order a Supar® test or hold an account on the platform. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
04Ordering and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to pay the price displayed at checkout. Pricing is in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated, and is inclusive of applicable VAT for European Union deliveries.
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorisation. Supar Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where clinical eligibility cannot be confirmed.
05How the test works
The home kit option requires that you arrange for a qualified clinician or phlebotomist to perform the blood draw. The kit is provided through the central Supar Health clinic. Detailed instructions are included with each kit. Once collected, the sample must be returned using the prepaid postage envelope as described in the kit instructions.
At a partner clinic, the blood draw and the clinical consultation are performed in-clinic by the partner clinician.
06Results and interpretation
Results are delivered through your secure dashboard within a few business days of the lab receiving your sample. Every result is interpreted by a qualified clinician - either a Supar Health partner clinician or your treating physician at a partner clinic.
You acknowledge that the Health Trajectory Report is a wellness assessment and not a diagnostic output. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease.
07Returns and refunds
Because the Supar® test is a medical service personalised to you, ordinary consumer-good return rights do not apply once the kit has been opened or the sample has been processed. Refunds may be offered at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Where a kit is faulty on arrival
- Where a sample cannot be analysed due to laboratory error
- Where required by applicable consumer law
To request a refund, contact [email protected].
08Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by:
- Attempting to access another user's account or data
- Interfering with the integrity or operation of the platform
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
- Using the platform in a way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person
09Intellectual property
The platform, including its design, text, graphics, software, and the Supar® Health Trajectory Report, is owned by Supar Health ApS and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supar Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any liability of Supar Health for the negligent provision of healthcare services delivered by us directly.
11Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access where we believe the platform is being used in breach of these terms, where required by law, or for prolonged inactivity.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is dated at the top of this page.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
